What is Swiper?

Swiper is the ATM skill. You buy a hack tool and play a minigame on a machine. Guides put the vendor in the alley behind The Butcher's Cut. Higher Swiper levels are described as unlocking better tools. An April 2025 guide put the first big step at level 12 for a Pro tool. Cash per hack is not stable across public pages, so no rate is listed. You can be attacked while the minigame runs, and a failed hack pays nothing.
